I exercise 6-7 days a week for at least 1-2 hours a day :) but that’s just what works for me and that’s what I’ve worked myself up to. I box, do strength and conditioning, run and do weights all that good stuff. I also have a trainer who makes sure I’m safe and doing everything correctly and not overdoing it
